Indicators of Hybrid Rhreats
Expert workshop at the AIES

On 27 February 2025, the Austrian Institute for European and Security Policy (AIES) organised a workshop with the Federal Ministry of Defence (BMLV) on the topic of ‘Indicators of Hybrid Threats’.
In the follow-up workshop to last year's workshop on hybrid threats, stakeholders from different ministries contributed their individual perspectives, experience and knowledge in combating hybrid threats in order to design an indicator model for analysing hybrid threats efficiently and in line with requirements.
Workshop participants from the Austrian Institute of Technology (AIT) also provided an insight into the technical implementation of a tool for recording hybrid threats.
