Discussion with Mindaugas Lašas

On 6 June 2024, the Austria Institute for European and Security Policy (AIES) hosted Mindaugas Lašas for a discussion on hybrid threats and how to counter them. Mr Lašas is an expert of the European External Action Service on hybrid threats. He presented the policy approaches of the EEAS and the member states, and informed the participants about the currently prevailing threat picture in Europe.
