AIES Research Fellow Nick Nieschalke, attended the autumn conference of the European Think-tank Network on China (ETNC) which took place in Brussels on 16 and 17 September.
The biannual ETNC conferences are a platform for keeping track of respective countries’ bilateral China relations as well as sharing and discussing current EU-China affairs between participating institutions from across Europe.
The Brussels meeting, in celebration of the network’s 10-year anniversary, had a particular focus on the question how Europe deals with the growing rivalry between China and the United States.
