Aaron Schilhan

AIES Intern

Aaron obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Vienna, where he studied Political Science. He is currently in his last year of the Master of Advanced International Studies at the Diplomatic Academy Vienna, where he is writing his thesis on the crisis management of the EU in the cyberspace.

His focus over the duration of his studies has been the Common Foreign and Security Policy of the EU, Theories of International Relations, and Cybersecurity. During his Master he has also obtained research experience in the fields of terrorism and radicalisation, as well as nuclear science and technology. He has furthermore gained practical experience during the Austrian EU Council Presidency.
