Zoë Marlies Sophie Nasterlack works as Event and Office Manager at the Austrian Institute for European and Security Policy (AIES). She completed her Bachelor's degree in Comparative Cultural and Religious Studies at the Philipps University in Marburg, Germany. Ms. Nasterlack is currently studying International Development in the Master's program at the University of Vienna, with a research focus on gender-based violence. In 2021, she completed a five-month internship at the European Union in Brussels.

Ms Nasterlack's areas of activity include the planning, coordination and organization of AIES events. She is also responsible for administrative communication and the coordination of social media channels. In addition, Ms. Nasterlack supports the institute's management and is involved in personnel and budget planning.
