Caitlin Hughes

AIES Intern

Caitlin obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of St Andrews, where she studied International Relations. She is currently in her last year of the International Master in Security, Intelligence and Strategic Studies, where she is writing her thesis on the future of UK information sharing with the EU following Brexit.

Her focus over the duration of her studies has been peacebuilding and conflict prevention, Migration and Counterterrorism, gaining experience by studying across Europe in Scotland, Ireland and the Czech Republic. During her masters she also obtained research experience in the field of cyber security and intelligence analysis.
