Alejandro Bahmann Usano joined the AIES as an Research Intern in May 2025.

He is pursuing a Master's degree in European Studies at the University of Vienna. He previously completed a Bachelor's degree in German and Hispanic Studies at the University of Bonn and gained initial experience in various NGOs working in the fields of democracy promotion and human rights.

He is particularly interested in topics related to European integration, EU foreign and security policy, and international relations in general.
