Volunteering: Internship opportunity!
The AIES is regularly looking for motivated interns for the duration of 4 months (approx. 30 hours per week)

Current internship periods are as follows:

Beginning of January until the end of April (application deadline: November 15)

Beginning of May until the end of August (application deadline: March 15)

Beginning of September to mid-December (application deadline: July 15)
Your Tasks
-
Support research activities and project management
-
Writing of event reports and taking minutes
-
Active contribution to writing and revising publications and studies
-
Support in the planning and realization of internal and public events
-
Management of the AIES social media channels (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
-
Participation in generating an AIES online presence
-
Various administrative and organizational tasks as well as ad hoc activities
Your Profile
-
Currently enrolled in, or having completed a master’s program is advantageous (preferably in the fields of Political Science, International Relations, European Studies, Security Policy or similar fields of study)
-
Ability to grasp issues quickly and work independently
-
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
-
Very good command of written and spoken German and English, further languages are an advantage
-
Experience in the preparation of scientific papers and analyses are an advantage
-
High reliability and sense of responsibility
-
Creativity and social media affinity are a plus
-
Very good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
