AIES President Dr. Werner Fasslabend welcomed with Ambassador Lulzim Pllana guests Lukas Mandl, Member of the European Parliament & the Delegation for relations with Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Kosovo, and Johannes Eigner, Special envoy for the Western Balkans / Austrian Federal Ministry for European and International Affairs, to discuss the current state of Kosovo in the scope of its position in the Western Balkans.
