Patrick Meyer (born 1968) is a freelance online producer based in Munich and the founder and director of EGENCY. Since 1998 he has been working for scientific, political and cultural institutions. His professional focus is on devising, editing, creating and maintaining information-related Web sites.

Patrick Meyer received his master in political science, economics and science of communication at the University of Munich in 1995. He worked as an intern for the German television (ZDF) in Paris and Munich and for the German-American Chamber of Commerce in New York. Between 1995 and 1997 he was a research fellow and public relations officer at the Center for Applied Policy Research (C·A·P) in Munich. Since 1998 he is the head of C·A·P's online editorial team.

Among the clients of his agency are the C·A·P, the NGO 'Women in Europe for a Common Future', the ' Black Sea Young Reformers', the Buchheim Museum and the project 'GENERATION-D' of the Bavarian Elite Academy.
